I could not put together what he was saying well enough to form some sort of a quote. If he intends to stay in business, he needs to learn to treat his customers with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got married this month, and I have to say no vendor gave me such a hard time or disappointment as this company.DO NOT RENT FROM THESE IDIOTS ! Not only did they charge us double the quote ( I'm not sure if they know what a quote means, truly sad ) they managed to give me and my husbands family heaters that don't work. The tables were disgusting they gave me two that were broken, we had to scrub the tables clean ourselves. Their chars were different colors so we ended up calling NOOR TENTS in Abbotsford for the chairs and high tables and a stage ( highly recommend him, he's kind and helpful and gave us fraction of what this company was charging ) . Right away tents gave us nothing but problems ! My husbands dance floor was broken so they had to tape it down themselves, not only an inconvenience but a safety hazard.They then have audacity to ask for more money then what was quoted. Terrible terrible experience, I urge anyone who's thinking of going with these guys to check elsewhere .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently used Right Away Tent and Party Rentals for a tent in our backyard to celebrate my son's wedding. I was quite happy with their customer service and response time. Kulwant came to our home to measure out the area and provided honest feedback of what we needed and what we could do without. I feel that he was looking out for our best interest, and I really appreciated that. Turns out we were able to have more guests due to covid restriction changes, and they were able to provide additional items at very reasonable costs. They even allowed us to have the tent for an extra day to complete all our wedding functions. You can see that they work very hard and provide a solid service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tents and other party items.
