★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady is a right crook and she's trained her staff to behave that way as well. Nothing is price marked - she quotes prices off her head and so does everyone else - and they all lie through their teeth. She will quote you one price and then when you go to pick up the item she will increase the price and say she didn't say that - although you went with two other people who can vouch for the quoted price. At that point she knows you are desperate for the things and you'll end up getting it from her. She acts like she is doing you a favour and not that you are paying for a service. You can't even have a mature civilized discussion about the situation with her as she gets downright aggressive. If you can find some other place please go for it and avoid this place at all costs. If not get everything down in writing before reaching an agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner changes the price on you every time you call/go in. Won't hear you out and will cut you off while you are speaking. Hangs up on you when you call without letting you get a word in. Make sure you get everything in writing but even then she didn't know what color we had booked even though there was a receipt with it written on it. There are so many more professional places out there with much better service, don't waste your time being bullied by the woman here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK this company. Auntie will lie to you to close a sale. She will give you prices off the top of her head. Let me mention that there warehouse it full of junk now looking back at it. She drops Iron & Oaks name. They will call you last minute to make changed when you don't have time. For example, on the week of my engagement Aunty tells us that Iron & Oak doesn't recommend a flower combination.. Um why didn't someone tell us week in advance? On the day of they called me to tell me that the chair I will be sitting on and picked won't make it and I have to CHOOSE one ( 3 hours before my event). I had to get my mother to pick one out without even seeing it and lets just say that half of my guests faces are cut off in pictures. PS this was for my engagement. After all of this I still paid them. I hope someone will benefit from this review. Good luck future brides.
