★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai acheté une paire de patin là, et après une semaine j’ai les apporté pour faire un petit ajustement. Le travail a été fait horriblement, et ils ont me dommagé une de bottes. Après d’avoir parlé avec eux pendant 30 minutes j’ai réalisé qu’ils ne veulent pas le changer du tout, et en plus le vendeur a dit que c’est correct et ce fonctionne toujours comme ça. Même après 2 mois je n’ai ne pas eu d’une possibilité de parler avec le directeur du magasin qui devrait m’appeler. Très mauvaise service, le staff ne pas qualifie du tout. A mon avis ils peuvent vendre seulement mais pas de donner un bonne service d’ajustement. Je ne vous recommande pas ce magasin.
I bought a pair of skates there, and after a week I brought them to make a small adjustment. The work was done horribly, and they damaged me one of boots. After talking with them for 30 minutes I realized that they do not want to change it at all, and besides the seller said it's ok and it still works like that. Even after 2 months I did not have an opportunity to speak with the store manager who should call me. Very bad service, the staff does not qualify at all. In my opinion they can only sell but not give a good service of adjustment. I do not recommend this shop.

Exceptional service. The staff are very well trained. My daughter was treated like a princess;) She will have new, perfectly fitting skates for the next season.
