★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly done manicure. The lady who did the manicure was fine. Hit or miss. Last time the service was rude. Always something wrong with the visit. This place was run a lot better a few years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying this nail salon because the other one I used to go to would make me wait 30 minutes before starting! This place is great. The lady at the front desk is friendly and the girl who did my pedicure started right away! This is probably the only nail salon that has a receptionist lol all the other nail salons don't want to hire one! Professional, fast and did a great job. This will be my new place to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedicure was rough and rushed, I didn't get the same massage or anything other people got. The pedicure was itself was done well. I returned for a manicure, I was happy with the result. They lifted after about 2 weeks which is okay as they were 2 weeks old. The atmosphere isn't overly friendly and they tend to run later than scheduled but overall the nails are done well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here for many years on and off. I have had 11/10 experiences as well as 3/10. I find it genuinely depends on who my assosicate it, the associate who did my nails for about a year has unfortunately left since covid, and since my nails have not been the standard I was used to. With that being said, like any nail place, it really just comes down to your associate, the way they do your nails, some ensure the shellac actually lasts for longer than a week, where as others are very rushed. Overall cleanliness I find it good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definately hit or miss, it all depends who you get. I went in today for my routine 3 week shellac set and had 2 different ladies working on my nails. Usually they soak my gel off, but the first lady used the sander to take my nails off and left them insanely thin,brittle and sensitive. She didn't even scrape my cuticles away.Even with the gel polish my nails are so thin they are bending backwards and causing me pain. The lady that did the nail art on my nails, Julia, did an absolutely amazing job. I will come back here, but only if she does my nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kayla is the best for shellac mani pedi. Her attention to detail is fantastic. Honey is very good with acrylics, they look so natural. Good job ladies!

The bossy lady sit at the back watching video on her phone doesn’t make the work place look professional
The worst is they change the price other than the one posted on their price board, very fishy. I dun see much customers there I guess no one really come back for the second time, so am I.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was came to did my pedicure and manicure in May 24 -2022 , the price they charge was ok $50 for one set ! but the attitude was bad because they was thought I don’t understand Vietnamese language that’s why one of the lady talked something bad about me and after that she came to did my pedicure , her worked was very bad she did my Nail popish over my nails edges , she’s very rude to me and This is the first time I have encountered such a situation to do my Neil’s ! Hopefully they don’t say something bad behind guests again .
