★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good popcorn and good service, other than that the seats and sound system needs work. Theatre is decent if you want to see nothing but generic blockbusters, if you want to see smaller movies or indie movies your best bet is to wait for the city. No wonder a lot of people choose to stream movies online instead of seeing them in theatres these days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The low rating is not a reflection of the friendly staff at the concession stand.
There is no personal service when you enter, All ticket services are automated. The theatre itself is run down and a bit dreary. The third screening room was clean but old. We could occasionally hear the movie playing in the next screening room and frequently the heating system (?) was kicking in and very very loud. There were many broken seats.
Now all that being said the prices for admission are the cheapest I've seen for a Cineplex theatre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seats are not big people friendly and they should of renovated during Covid-19 when it was closed. I am a bigger guy and I barely fit into the seats between the plastic arm rests. It was doable but not comfortable. It's a movie theater from the 90's that didn't get the renovation it needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is always good and the movie selection is decent. The building is not equipped for winter weather. The staff if bundled up and forced to serve people in the freezing cold lobby because the heating system doesn't work. The theatres themselves are freezing cold. I usually go every week and spend a good chunk of change when I do, but I will not be going again until the workers and other patrons get proper heating in the building
