★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees were amazing! The girl with short black bobbed/shoulder length hair was super nice and the tall guy behind her helping her with popcorn was super nice and fast. However, the manager/supervisor working during 9:30-10pm on Tuesday December 21st was TERRIBLE. He was screaming at employees (it's just a movie dude. It's not that big of a deal) and overall being rude and terrible. He was also not so nice to customers but I'm more concerned about the borderline swearing at his minimum-wage, friendly, hardworking employees. I would recommend promoting someone that cares about their employees and getting rid of him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice reclining seats here and great location right downtown and though the screens are a bit small compared to their newer, modern counterparts. If you want big screen action, don’t sit in the first 2 rows or toward the back, you might be disappointed with the view and the sound. Sitting in the middle seats would be ideal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recliners are fine and the theatre DOES play movies. However the bulbs are so dim and the sound is often very poor with loud moments leaking in from other theatres. I’ve seen three movies here where the dark scenes are nearly incomprehensible because of how dim the bulbs are (Dune, The Northman, Everything Everywhere All at Once). To make matters worse theatre 1 (the wide one) constantly has lights from the steps and maybe the hallway leaking onto the small screen, distracting even more. I hope they get better projectors or it honestly makes more sense to just stay home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best chairs in city by far! Huge leather recliners. Theater 1 sound isn't great. If your gonna require vaxx cards and id thats fine but get more then ONE cashier to handle line up. I can wait patiently but 14 minutes for 6 or 7 ppl is too much IMO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite movie theatre in town because of the recliner seats as well as the staff generally being more friendly than other locations. I also love that Cineplex has been releasing $30 giftcard bundles on their website which includes a bunch of free extras. I'd definitely recommend checking out their website to see if they have a similar promotion running for when you are planning to see a movie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there for the first time the past Tuesday… the recliner was comfortable, there weren’t a lot of people, seemed clean enough… so the experience was good.
The screen could be a little bigger though imo but whatever

This is a modern theatre with 3D, IMAX and comfortable seating. On the outside it looks like an old fashioned, nostalgic cinema.
It's a treat to go and enjoy movies this way.
