★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff, great seats. Old school charm. Went her as a kid and the place although older now it is clean and updated with great cozy feel. Fantastic place to get away for a matinee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this theatre so much and will be sad when it’s gone! Super comfy loungers, and great movies. It’s cold, though, so I always bring a big coat to use as a blanket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to go to a theatre that reminds you of your childhood? Well if you’re a millennial then this one’s it. Very cool winding staircase/ramp leading up to the second floor. Clean space, friendly staff, neat building with conical window (don’t see windows much at all in most movie theatres), and old timey concession stand. One thing though, the seats were not cleaned from the previous audience. I know this because I sat down while it was ending and there was no staff cleaning anything in between. I get that there is a labour shortage but also it’s never been more important to clean between showings…
Will definitely come back, even though a bit pricey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concession was set up nicely. The chairs were awesome. I liked how we had to book our seats and they ensured there was good spacing between each of the sets of groups in the theater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I have been here a few times while we were on vacation in Victoria. It’s such cute little spot and I love the big tree that they have in the building. We also really love the reclining seats and the theatres have really good surround sound. The staff are also super friendly. We also love it how it’s right downtown and we don’t have to take transit to the Cineplex location. It’s a great spot! We recently watched “The Lost City” there.

still.love the seats. the popcorn was lukewarm, the theatre was freezing cold while movie played. (many were shivering)
uncharted movie was epic, definitely recommend.
the bathroom was gross. the floor was sickening and mirrors were streaky. :(

The seats are amazing. Please go here if you haven't gone yet, it's worth the venture to downtown. The seats are epic, wish they were heated lol. The popcorn was great, and with butter, I enjoyed that it wasn't sopping, but evenly covered. Looking forward to returning for more movies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best movie theatre on Vancouver Island!!! The most comfortable wide reclining seats (both head and foot rest). Great popcorn/food options and selection of drinks (Freestyle machine) with more reasonable prices than Cineplex. It's always clean and the staff have always been great. They show the usual Hollywood blockbusters and also lots of indie films that you won't catch at the other chain theaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s easy to overlook this building as a movie theatre, but it’s quickly becoming our favorite theatre in the area. Ramp for easy access with wheelchair. Lobby has a wheelchair available for those who may have difficulty with the ramp.
