β β β β β Should've known better. Ordered the potstickers and papaya salad. The potstickers name is a misnomer and essentially had no filling. They were essentially deep fried dumpling wrappers served with a sweet chili sauce that I would not consider nuoc cham (little to no fish sauce). The shredded papaya did not have the typical crunch that you would expect and the flavor was lacking. I wouldn't order from here again.

I got the caramel chicken.
Chicken itself was damn tasty and decent portion.
There way too much and not enough rice. Just a couple mouthfuls of rice and it was completely soaked and drowning in sauce so all you could taste is sticky sweet.
I used to get this dish fairly frequently and this is not what I remember.
Prob would not order again if this is what to expect now.

β β β β β We were there right at opening time, first in line, and 5 minutes later there where 5-7 people lined up and we can taste why. They make amazing food, and good size of portions. Could feed 4 people with just 2 dishes if you really wanted. We fed 3 altogether and took home some left overs.

β β β β β As a well-traveled Asian, I can say without any hesitations that they have authentic and delicious Asian food. We ordered vegan papaya salad, fried rice, and pad thai. They were flexible to make all our dishes vegan for us. So delicious. It reminds me of the street food I had on the streets in Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos. So rich in flavors and freshness!
We think this is the most delicious meal we have had in Victoria. Generous portions too. We had leftover to take home. We ordered three dishes for two adults.
The cashier who served me recently was very kind and generous. When I ordered a meat dish (my own fault), he offered to change it to a vegan dish free of charge. This kind of customer service make customers loyal. I have gone back again!

β β β β β This a nice little spot to have your quick Asian fix. We had the Pad Thai, Caramel Chicken, and the kids chicken and noodles. The portions were decent and the price was ok. It definitely has the food truck feel which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Would go back if in the area.

β β β β β One of my favourite comfort foods in Victoria is the caramel chicken. I canβt tell you what the rest of the menu is like because I love the caramel chicken too much.
I think $16 after taxes is a great deal for the huge portion of chicken you get. Donβt be fooled by the small box. Great things come in small packages.
If you need doting, fussy service, you may find it lacking here, but I think the service is friendly, fast, polite, and professional. Theyβve never gotten an order wrong and theyβve never taken longer than they said it would. Canβt beat that.
And when the rest of the city shuts down on Monday and Tuesday, Fooβs got your back. (Itβs a Monday today.)
