★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I would give them a fantastic rating if their pricing wasn't an absolute TRAVESTY!! And the staff there damn-well know it, too! It's ridiculous to charge LITERALLY 3-times the amount for toilet paper than at the Rexall next door to them, ESPECIALLY in a community that currently houses a lot of low-income residents! I understand that they are a "smaller" business and they have to do what's necessary to 'keep up', but they go WAY above & beyond the acceptable level of 'what is necessary', and it's borderline insulting to the community and surrounding communities.. Shame on them!

She is the absolute best cashier they have, she is always so friendly to everyone, and always has a smile on her face unlike some of the others. She is wonderful so treat her right and give that girl a raise!

I was yelled at by a woman for using my own reusable bags (probably the same lady) who very rudely said this was a "new store policy." This is not the first time this woman has been rude to me and this particular experience has now turned me off from ever shopping at Family Foods again. This store certainly does not adhere to its values of personalized customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years, I can respect and appreciate policies, but I cannot respect store staff delivering this in such an awfully rude way. Lastly, an explanation as to why customers cannot use their own reusable bags which are much less problematic for a variety of reasons than single use plastics or having produce disgustingly placed in a cart touched by dozens of people daily would be great.
