From the outset, he took the time fully understand our goals and did everything he could to make sure we were fully equipped and highly supported well in advance of submitting any offers. He also took the time to make sure that we understood everything that was happening and had a good handle on all of the options available to us. He was incredibly responsive and always made himself available (which was especially invaluable when negotiating). Our application process was not the most straightforward, but Faisal went above and beyond to make sure we could be pre-approved and financed when we needed it and he certainly was an incredible advocate for us when it came to securing the most competitive rates available.

β β β β β Faisal was really great to work with. He was very prompt at responding to emails and answering our questions. Whereas other banks would not provide us with a formal approval letter or auto-appraise properties prior to us submitting an all-cash offer, Faisal was able to do both. He also waived our mortgage processing fee and gave us a cash back promotion. Faisal is very professional and with his time and assistance, we are now in our first home which we love! We will use Faisal again in the future for sure!
