Getting a mortgage on a new purchase with very tight timelines was all done over the phone and email, and he made everything so pleasant and easy. I have banked at the same institution for over 30 years and they weren’t able to match the offer that Roger found for me. From now on, True North will be my first and only call when looking for a mortgage.

Brandon Ching, who I worked with was very timely and patient, even when I was taking my time deciding. They contacted me early enough knowing the rates are going up and the rate I have now you can't get elsewhere, since the quote I was given had a 90 day limit. Highly recommend it! It was a smooth ready process, being told exactly what I need to complete the process and ended up with rates others envy ??.
