M	M Polo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you use their financial services through a third-party retailer like Corbeil Appliances they call you every month or even more to offer you pre approved loans. Even if you turn them down and ask not to be bothered they continue. The Roxboro office is the worst. Do not deal with them!!!!

I hold a work permit and I have a mortgage and successful financing plans with other companies. I will be eligible for PR soon. It’s a real shame that BestBuy operates with this junk company. As if permanent residency was somehow indicative of one’s ability to pay monthly. Ridiculous.

I was approved for a line of credit when we bought furniture through Dufresne. The LOC offered interest free funds provided we paid it off in full prior to the 1 year end date. I paid it in full well within the deadline, kept records of my payments and once paid in full, closed my account as we no longer needed it. Several month pass after the account is closed, I receive a letter from a collections agency indicating that I am in arrears. At no time was I ever notified of any issues or received any demands for payment. This came out of the blue as was a surprise to me. 0 STARS!

The next day will I was thinking if I should apply a fairstone women agent call me again I give her the info over the phone. Again she said I was accepted .. yet once I get to the office she gives me all run around for this and that once all done running for her and she as she needs they call me back to tell me am not approved. Good thing they said yes twice .. lower my credit rating and still denied me they are not worth their high interest in my personal opinion was extremely dissatisfied. They could not even give me a reason why .

I bought 2 iPad from bestbuy for my kids.so bestbuy put me trough this financial institution that was my last payment for $196.52 and i finish. I made 18 payments right on time Never been late. it seems like they got my last payment 8 days later You won't believe what happened this institution charged me 31.99% for the whole amount i end up paying $443 07 as a penalty. So i called them they said nothing can do even one day late we have to charge you interest for the entire amount at 31.99% this institution financial service robbing our money in legal way so i shared my experience with this company so you people can be very careful. Bad financial services don't get robbed like i did

They reviewed it and sent me a final letter letter indicating that there was no wrong doing on my part and that they would ensure my credit file was updated to reflect no delinquencies. Well that is all fine and good but their error created a lot of stress and wasted my time having to prove I was not in arrears and checking if they in fact repaired my credit score. Had I applied for a loan during this time, no doubt my ability to purchase/qualify would have been affected by this erroneous report affecting my credit history. HOW could they get it so wrong??!?!?! Oh, and not so much as an apology or an explanation on how they screwed up. Do better.
M	Marie-Ève Boily on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer support. They have no empathy whatsoever. I purchased a computer with Best Buy and got told I wouldn't pay any interests if I paid in time. Each month, I paid the monthly payment indicated (literally indicated as Monthly payment) on the front page of my statement, in time. Except.. it wasn't the payment needed to pay in full my account, but only the minimal payment. I got charged with 32% of interests. I called to understand the situation and no sympathy whatsoever. I tried to make an arrangement with them : to not be charged the interests (around 500$) and I would pay the full amount due in the next week. They blantly refused and said it was my fault. More than 60% of all the money I gave them got charged back to me in interests. The account statements are misleading and the support is only there to put blame on you. Do not do business with them.
R	Rosa Sadeghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud company. Unfortunately the Best Buy offer it to me when I want to buy a 3000$ computer.they told me it’s the free interest. I always pay more than the amount they wrote it in the paper that was sent every month by that company. I suddenly saw one interest in the paper. Right away call them. I found they put interest 570 $ on my purchase. They transferred me to the manager that I was requested told them it is free interest. I paid all the amount one time1500$ but they did not back the interest to me. Please do not follow this Fraud company.
