Staying here was a treat. The views are lovely, the wildlife in the mornings are nice to watch, and the suite was equipped and furnished with everything we needed. The knives aren't very sharp but they did the trick! Everyone we encountered (which was honestly very infrequent) were friendly and welcoming. We had a splendid time during our visit! (Note: the dog in the photos is an Alberta tested and qualified service dog - they do not otherwise allow pets)

Great location! The rooms could use a bit of a makeover. It is good that they are fully furnished with pots, pans and comfy bathrobes that come in handy when walking to and from the hot springs. The hot springs are toasty warm and quite large so there is always space for everyone. There is even a larger cooler pool that you can hop into from the hotter pool. It is a great place to come with kids or a partner. The surrounding scenery is incredible and unparalleled. Just down the street is golfing in the Summer or top-notch skiing in the Winter. You will love staying here!

Located in a beautiful place. The rooms are nice the hot spring pools are relaxing with a great view. Though the rooms are dated and could use an update. The pools listed at around 100 degrees but are closer to 95. Would come again but needs some updating.

Wonderful resort with an amazing hot springs pool. Easy 5 stars if it wasn't for their absurd policy of sharing bottled water only with the guests in rooms with king size bed, guests in rooms with 2 queens were segregated unfortunately. Despite that, lovely ladies at the front desk still provided us with essential water and gladly extended our stay when we asked for it. On the other hand, the gentleman next day refused giving us water and asked for the description of the ladies the day before. Quite unprofessional behavior. Still had a great time there. And thank you for the breathtaking fireworks on the New Year's Eve.

Fairmont is a great, family friendly resort. We spent two nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were small and dated (no microwaves), but clean and cozy. There are 2 restaurants on site, we tried both and definitely preferred Bear's Paw Bar & Grill over Antlers at the Lodge. Antlers was overpriced with bland food. Hot spring pools are huge with plenty of room for kids to splash around without offending anyone. The mountains and scenery from the pools is breathtaking! The resort also has daily activities for kids like chocolate making workshops etc. and free mini golf rentals. We would stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. I was so happy to have the bathrobes to wear over my bathing suit to get outside to the hot springs, because the weather was cold and it felt very luxurious. The hot springs were packed because it was a long weekend. They open at 7am for locals and 9am for hotel guests. However there is a smaller hot spring pool that opens at 7am for guests so if you're staying here, go to that one in the morning. I wish I could've stayed longer to go find the natural hot springs spot. I also enjoyed the cold/hot dunk tanks and the steam room and sauna. An excellent establishment.

Love their hospitality, staffs are friendly and professional. The room are clean, the pool is not too crowded. The ski hill are best for family and kids to take lessons and enjoy our day. Smallest hill we have been to but most fun for our kids. Thank you for make our trip are enjoyable. Will be back.

They don’t accept public swim and if you stay there you have access. We ended up buying a membership , I think it was roughly $60 for the family. The pool can hold up to 400 people. They separate the pools from very hot, to warm pool and a 10ft deep pool. It wasn’t that busy and we stayed a couple hours until in was dark. There is a beautiful scenery of the mountains. Would definitely come back. Also the change rooms are spacious and very clean
