β β β β β I actually LOVE Factory Kitchen Direct!!! It's their website that angers me! I could not get on to view countertops because they have not renewed their safety certificate for 12 days now! I spent HOURS trying to find countertops from them and all I got was a five second speed on by view of some of the countertops from TWO YEAR'S AGO!!!!
Comon you guys!!! Get with it!!! People are doing a lot more shopping from home with Covid 19 around!
Also, separate your cupboards from your countertops. Make your site up to date and easy to use PLEASE!!!!

β β β β β Dont buy warranty from Factory Direct. We bought a washer & dryer + a 5 year warranty from this company. Less than a year later, the washer kicked the bucket. We called them to notify our washer is broken. They said they will call us, when theyre coming. So here we are, doing laundry at a friends house! 2-3 months later. How convenient right. Why pay for warranty if they dont come!? Maybe they will respond after I post a honest review???

β β β β β Had a kitchen island made for us. First there was a piece of wood broken they gave us a credit of $100 then we found there was a crack in the backboard but was gonna be covered up by granite waterfall ....neither of these issue's affected the integrity so I was good. Then when island is put together we notice the drawers do not close up evenly and the pull out spice rack was installed on wrong side of pull out.Yes I told Tasha our sales person there and she says it was written to hang that way well I sure wasn't consulted on it. Anyhow island is installed by our contractor . It's not like we can just return it so lesson learned....should have gone to a more reputable cabinet maker. Yes it was cheaper but there is a reason.....poor workmanship.
