β β β β β I have called about getting a truck fixed from these people for a week and a half.
I first called on a Monday and they said we should be able to get it in on Wednesday. When I called them Wednesday they said they were booked up until Monday. I called today to schedule my truck into the shop and they are now a week behind "if not longer"
Worst customer service in the city. Im beyond frustrated. Avoid this place like its the plague!

β β β β β Called this shop to verify that they have time to inspect my vehicle before bringing it in for a body integrity inspection. From my understanding, the guy I spoke with is still developing his English skills and with all due respect I tried to tell him that I can't understand what he is saying and if he could repeat himself but he refused to talk with me and "accept" me as a client since I did not speak his language. Very racist, very unprofessional.
Good thing, I did not chose that shop to fix my vehicle.

Without even looking at the car ( which has a fixable bend in the frame ), basically he was " not interested " in doing the job . I had reservations about dealing with them ( based on poor reviews ) , and now I'm glad I didn't

β β β β β They are awesome! Small shop so they won't set an appointment, which as the daughter for a 5th generation mechanic I understand. They were great! Got my car fixed for a awesome price. 10000000000000% recommend! Just come with realistic expectations
