★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to scout out fabrics for a sewing group I'm in. I am unable to wear a cloth mask so I wear a face shield. It was not good enough ( but good enough in hospitals and doctors offices ?♀️) so put on another full shield which sticks out at an angle and offers zero protection if I sneezed or coughed. I left, talked to my group and found a much more user friendlier place to go. Not only did we buy everything we needed, similar prices, no membership, and excellent quality. And best of all supported a local not corporate store! I will not go back, your protocols are ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the shopping experience here, the staff and supplies in the store are great. My only wish is that it was located in a much safer area. Safe injection sight just around the corner and people standing around my car when I went out after shopping. I see they have some sort of security at the door , but how safe is it??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely LOVE shopping here to make most of my cosplays the only problem is that there are wierd people in the parking lot and they sometimes yell at eachother, I just wish the place was a little bit safer because I am 13 and I feel very uncomfortable seeing people fight, yell, or even curse. Me and my mother once was trying to get some materials for a new cosplay and the people in the parking lot was making me feel unsafe and me and my mom had to rush in and out of the store because I have social anxiety as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a really disorganized place and the carts are too small to hold bolts of fabric. They have a fine selection if you are just browsing but if you are looking for something specific you are going to have a hard time. Quite poor labeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store was absolutely insane and horrible. I tried to go there today with my sister in law. She has a written mask exemption from her doctor and was wearing a faceshield. They were horrible, rude, wouldn't allow her in the store, didn't care she had a legal doctor written medical exemption and was even wearing a face shield to try to comply. The manager was terrible, rude, combative and made my sister feel terrible. When I asked for her name so I could file a complaint, she said they aren't a franchise but a private store so there isn't anyone to complain to. I said no for human rights complaint and she basically said good luck. I have never seen such horrible terrible rude people in my life. I cannot believe they would treat someone like that, no why anyone would ever shop here.
