About Safe Harbour Society, main office/ MATS Program
The people who join our team have anchored into the Harbour because they want to make a difference in their community. They want to help, to be a part of a solution, to shine their own unique light into this Safe Harbour and keep them shining on people as they navigate through systems and broader resources.
That sounds really good and lovely but it’s not an easy gig. It challenges every one of them at some point. It introduces them into a different world, with different rules and different priorities. It makes them think outside the box for realistic and safe solutions to problems outside the social norm. It demands a thick skin, the ability to not take things personally and a tremendous amount of understanding and patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic people here. If you want/need to gwt clean this is your place to go. Scheduled meetings with counselors and othwr resourcea as well as nurses amd a doxtor.on staff daily. Show up at 8:30 and get your life together again. ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than my issue with the SCS on the property which has nothing to do with them, these people and this place has been a God send for my homeless mentally ill son who occasionally uses drugs but refuses to go to treatment or accept his family's help. Thank you for caring about our less fortunate people in a compassionate manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were amazing. I had never been to a detox before but they made me feel Incredibly comfortable right away and without judgement. The staff went above and beyond to help me with contacting my boss and setting me up with Psychiatrist for my work disability. I was able too change my bedding when I wanted and provided clean clothes (I came in with only what I was wearing). The food was healthy and super tasty. I can't speak higher of the staff and the program. The staff deal with so much but made me feel cared for and important. All my love too the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing it saved my life. I never had a bad experience with any staff members. They are always there if you need something or have questions. The food is great too. Very great place to go if you need help detoxing they are more then accommodating. 10 out of 10 for my review only complaint I could think of was no milk with meals. But the meals make up for it. Awesome work safe harbor keep it up
