Now that I have had my own experience with them, I would say they are even better than that.Everyone that I talked too was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took all of the time needed to make sure I understood everything. Muthussir was the person communicated with 95% of the timeI sent Muthussir dozens of emails and asked alot of questions. Some questions were probably dumb and a complete waste of his time. No matter what the question he always responded asap and provided an answer. If it was an answer I did not understand Muthussir would take the time to explain it so I did understand.While I do give this company a 5 out of 5 star rating; and I do recommend reaching out to them for help with your financial difficulties. I would also like to take the time to say "thank you" to all of the people at Faber Inc who helped me. I would like to especially say "thank you" to Muthussir, you went above and beyond any and all of my expectations.Read less

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated with respect from the time I entered the building by the girls at the desk and from there, the interview with Mr Faber was without a doubt clear, consise . All questions were answered without judgement. Different options were discussed and I was given time to go home and make decisions. When I got back to them with my decision I was clearly told what to expect and when it would happen.
I received clear counseling and again was given clear instructions on what I needed to get done and when.
During each meeting or counseling My many questions were answered clearly and with no judgement.

From the receptionist who answered my initial inquiry, to Muthussir Saleem, Senior Analyst who worked my file, they were all knowledgeable and professional. Financial difficulties are extremely stressful, to say the least, and unexpected loss of employment was devastating, but through the entire process I always felt I was treated with dignity and guided with professionalism in order to gain financial control of my life again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faber Inc. was so smooth with the whole process it [bankruptcy] was over before I knew it. Every obscure question they were prepared for and even were proactive to make sure I didn't do anything wrong through the process that would make it more lengthy or difficult for me. It always felt like they were looking out for me, LIKE I was the most important client they were dealing with (I can assure you, I was not LOL ). From the initial meeting to the discharge congratulations, Dan Faber (yes, the owner even met with a simple peasant ;) like myself) , Muth, Richard, and Cindy (among others) were a blessing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first went for our interview we were given a list of items to expect . For one I remember was the cost of payment for this firm to represent us . Wow I thought we can’t pay that much per month . So upon discussion both parties were able to come to a more affordable payment schedule. This firm worked with us and not against us . They didn’t demand the amount of payment they wanted but were considerate of us , the client!
At one point we didn’t have enough funds to make a payment. We contacted them right away and discussed the options .
Never once were we made to feel , less. They were with us all the way , even through court . Supporting us emotionally and with dignity!
Hopefully I don’t but if I ever have to go through bankruptcy again I would call Fabre !
