I have tried multiple F45 studios in different countries and Kensington Calgary has been the best! Thanks for getting me ready for the mountain bike season!

The F45 crew welcomed me with open arms, and pushed me to be stronger than I thought possible. This community is exactly what you need, and it’s for all fitness levels and journeys. Head Coach Nadine is so kind, pushes you to be your best, gives you self confidence, and cheers you on. Along with Nadine, all the other coaches are happy and vibrant, and genuinely care about achieving your personal best. You will feel valued, encouraged, and cared for in this group. I am glad I to the leap to join F45. And you should too if you’re reading this!

The group workout atmosphere is like no other studio I have been to. The coaches are awesome, motivating, and helpful. The workouts are different every day, so it's a great balance of cardio and resistance. No only do you feel stronger and healthier, but it has become the best part of my day for sure!

The coaches are amazing and are always on hand to help with technique and ensure you don’t injury yourself. Everyone loves weights days but I have to say my favourite it’s cardio on a Monday and Wednesday! Such a good workout. Lastly, the F45 community, I have made so many good friends who are now not just friends I see at the gym, but friends I see regularly for coffee, drinks or dinner. Give it a try.. you won’t regret it

I appreciate that they have early mornings, late mornings and evening classes. They're also really considerate when it comes to changes/unexpected events or if you would like to bring a friend to try out the classes. I also like how, because the workouts change everyday, you don't ever get bored and you're constantly working new muscles/improving in different areas.

This is a very diverse and open environment with lots of different levels of ability which is awesome! Love the short, intense workouts that are new and refreshing every day. The programs let me not worry about designing a program or worrying if I am getting a balanced workout. A great highlight of the day and in and out in less than an hour!
