Each class is challenging and varied and no two are ever the same! Everything is super clean. The facility is amazing. I'm so impressed with everything! And I've never felt faster results. The F45 way definitely feels like it's scientifically created. You're not dependent on how a trainer crafts the class, which means you always get a solid workout. And the trainers are awesome, attentive and knowledgable. Can't recommend it enough!!

The workouts are super fun, always challenging, and so diverse — so I’ve never gotten bored, I’m always on my toes, and this is truly such a full body experience. The best part, however, is definitely the team. Every trainer is so positive and energetic. It’s also so great that there are usually two trainers per class, and it’s a treat seeing them interact too. Their enthusiasm is infectious and I am instantly so happy when I walk in and so confident when I leave!!

The workouts themselves are challenging and effective and are only 45 minutes! I love how every single workout is different as it keeps me from getting bored. I am always excited to go to my next F45 class and feel so great after a workout. I finally found something that I love and enjoy going to and can't wait until my next class :)

I also love the vibe of the gym, great music choice and such a range of fitness equipment and workouts, so that you don't get bored. I’ve only been going for two months and I already seeing a big change in my energy levels, my overall fitness and even my body!

I actually really look forward to going to these workouts. I even choose to attended this location which is a 15 minute drive from my house when there is one just up the street from me. The instructors really make it a great inclusive place to work out especially Tori!!
