I work with him once a week, as well as doing my own training, but it's been a great way to keep on track and set small goals.

It has been well kept and is extremely clean thanks to the amazing staff. I'm fairly certain that it's one of the few establishments that did not close down a single time during the pandemic (I have been coming here since their opening). As far as the equipment - there are two squat racks which are also used for bench press, two cable machines and various other machines which cover all the essentials.

It's clean, never crowded, and during covid they followed all the government regulations and provided sanitizers and wipes to make you feel comfortable. And now they have included the mirror as another option and variety to train and keep fit. If you're looking for an attitude free gym this would be a good place to start.

Iman is a personal trainer there who is not only a pro and knows his stuff but he is also very dedicated, respectful and fun to work with. I strongly recommend his training sessions as he is coming with academic background in kinesiology as well as years of professional championship. He designs the training from scratch around one’s needs and build up from there.

Iman, who is the personal trainer/manager here, is professional and attentive. I take personal training lessons from him and he is very helpful in his lessons. He asks the client what we would like to get out of the lessons, customizes each week's exercises to help us reach that goal, and really cares about the growth in our health. He is also friendly with everyone at the gym and will check in on them by greeting them by their names when they come in. This shows he knows everyone and really cares about every member at the gym.

Iman who is a personal trainer and morning/evening staff at this location is very kind, helpful and always has a smile on his face. This is one of the cleanest gyms that I have ever experienced, has a great layout and it doesn't get super busy. Air quality seems to be fresh which is essential for these hard times with the virus situation. The equipment is new and well maintained. I usually use the fitness section which is great for kettlebell, TRX, functional training and kickboxing. There is parking in the back which is sometimes full and a hassle but all-in-all no complains.
