★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never trust this guy. Always hire an inspector. Believe me you can save money with hiring inspector ( a lot of money). Right in front of me when the other customer was told "The roof need to get replaced also there are three broken trusses and it will cost $80K to $90K", the day after that he told to the new customer " the roof need to power wash and it costs $400". (WOW)
Nobody could be a 5+star realtor with two fake reviews from his friends. Let clean up our community from this kind of realtors.
