I have sent my daughter to this day care centre. She has been enjoying playing with the kids because before she was a shy and mischievous girl. Once she cames to this centre, she has changed for the better. Thanks

We have been coming to this daycare centre for more than 15 months now. My son started in the infant room, where we had an absolutely 'the BEST' experience!!! He's now in the junior room where he's learning different skills every day! The staff has been great and they care about the children, not just routinely, but very passionately, truly from the heart ♥ . The care my child has been receiving has been professional and well above standards. The supervisor is knowledgeable, very organised and has excellent rapport with the parents! They have been flexible when I needed extra hours of care or extra data occasionally which I truly appreciated! Daily reports about eating, feeding, nap time, activities and much more are sent home daily through the HiMama app. It brightens my workday when I receive pictures of what my baby is doing. It's just great! This center has been helping us a lot! The prices are also reasonable. I would definitely m recommend it to anyone! ?

Very nice place to have your kids there..Supervisor Nyla is very kind person and the rest of staff is amazing with kids...Must try if you are looking for a safe and nice environment for your kids

Eyes daycare is an amazing daycare. All the staffs are very professional, caring,dedicated and loving towards the children. The supervisor of the center is very friendly ,understanding and cooperative. The owner Naila have brilliant work ethics.She cares about the children,staffs, parents in her center.This center is full of positive vibes.I haven't seen a center which has progress so much within such a short period of time.I would definitely recommend this daycare to any age group.

My kids are in this daycare I really want to thank all the staff,the director and the supervisor being nice kind and professional all the time my kids have a lovely time and I recommend eyes daycare for all my friends and everyone.

My son’s been here for almost a year now and he loves it! The teachers are all friendly and nice. They also do a lot of art works and activities that are great for kids!

I wish there was an option to give zero or negative star rating. This was my worst decision to send my child to this daycare. It was a nightmare from Day 1. Not only is the staff irresponsible but the owner of the daycare (Ms. Naila) an extremely rude and an arrogant lady. There is no understanding for a parents concern. Firstly, during enrollment only half the the information is provided to the parents and next they will surprise you with hidden costs/charges. To add to it, extremely irresponsible, I provided all the details for emergency contacts and doctor details in the enrollment form. After 20 days, my child’s teacher came and asked me to fill in the form again as they had lost the original form. The only reason they realized it was lost was because quoting "Ms Naila is visiting the center and we need all the papers in place". I was shocked, what if something had happened to my child in these past 20 days. They didn't even have any contact details. To add to it, one day my child came home and by evening his left eye had badly swollen. Next day, I called their daycare landline twice to inquire. No one answered (as expected). I tried reaching Naila 3 times on her cell. Dropped her messages. No reply no call back. She was intentionally avoiding my calls which she had done so many times on prior occasions as well. I asked my husband to call her. She immediately answered his call, only because that number was unknown to her. When I spoke to her about my child's condition, rather than understanding my concern she was extremely rude and unapologetic. She wouldn't let me talk and gave me lame excuses for her and her staff's irresponsible behavior. When I started to talk she said she only has 5 mins for me and on top of that she disconnected the call in the middle. That was the best thing she could do to handle this. Then she called again but just to bully me and say that she can talk to me only if I don’t say a word. Wow...Some nerve.. I am a parent and if my child is hurt I will raise concern time and again. Don't tell me, you don’t have time to listen to me. Wonderful Service! My child was sick was 4 days and they didn’t even show any concern to check if he is fine now. Shame on you guys!

This review is for the management. Eyes day care is easy on your pocket but the place needs some improvement. I have had 2 kids go there and will send my 3rd too. A couple of major issues that would drop their reviews. There's a huge turnover-sometimes you show up to pick up your child and nobody knows you. Child could be there for 6 months and will not know the alphabet or numbers (3 year old). I don't get what syllabus they follow. It's always crafts, good for the kids but has to be changed around. In the winter, kids do not go out, when you ask, they say it's too cold!! Bills are often messed up, bse of the high turnover of supervisors, no one know what contract you have. Some teachers don't even know the kid's names. I think eyes daycare should be the place most parents try to fight and get in because of location but it's management is failing it. Most parents are using it as a last resort. They try to look after the kids, this stage is not easy but they could do much better. Would have been a 1* review but it's kids your dealing with.
