★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I went there they did a good job the second time I went a lot of my lashe s had fallen out because my sister had passed away and I did a lot of crying so I went there before week3 and she did my lashe s in 45 min well they were a mess. each individual Lash was so heavy and thick and not mink but plastic they started curving and stabbing my eye and falling out with my own lashed and when I called her she said she was too busy to.see me.Do not go to this place my lashe s are ruined my new place told me she had put so much glue and my lashe s were clumped together and she had never seen anyone put such thick lashe s as these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, I understand that this is someones income and you don't mess with ppls money but this was outrageous.
I was charged $150 b4 tax for the complete opposite of what I asked. I'm not confrontational so I said thank you, paid, and went home.
I would advise to check the quality of product before hand, if the lashes I received were the thinnest.

In fact she has not increased her rates for the last 5 years. I would highly recommend trying her out and I guarantee just like myself and all the people I have recommended, you will get hooked.

I've had my lashes done by three other places, and kept looking because there was always something wrong - the lashes fell out, my eyes were burning, they looked awful and/or the service was horrible. And then I found Lucy - she was SO amazingly friendly and responsive when I called to book, and when I arrived for my first appt, she was so warm and friendly and very detailed about the look I wanted. The lash application was extremely professional and comfortable. She was so gentle and when I woke up (it was so relaxing I fell asleep!) I was so happy with how they looked! I've have them refilled once (they lasted three weeks! and I workout everyday and sweat a lot!). HIGHLY recommend Lucy!

I had been going elsewhere for my lashes for the past 8 years and was disappointed with the service in the last year. My friend recommended Lucy, and I decided to try her as my friends lashes looked great!
It’s been almost a year since I’ve changed to Lucy and I’m so glad I did. I regularly get compliments from clients (spa owners and estheticians, as I work in the industry) about how natural my lashes look. They last in between fills and feel so natural. I’m so happy to have found her!
