★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has the good fortune to have Olli Zeller working for them. Olli provides tremendous service, expertise and commitment to getting things done properly. Her attention to detail is much appreciated and her knowledge of not only fashion trends, but the latest technologies in eye wear is impressive. I recommend that people give this business a try as I believe that they set a new standard in the eye wear buying experience. A good example of the type of professionalism that the team and Olli exhibit was when I took in three pairs of glasses / sun glasses purchased at two other outlets and Olli immediately, without hesitation set to work aligning them perfectly - which wasn't an easy job as one of the very expensive frames had been damaged and the others were made of a difficult to adjust metal. Painstakingly the glasses were adjusted until they were perfect. Thank You Eye Health Centre and thank you Olli! Will I be back? You bet. Do I recommend the Eye Health Centre to others? Absolutely.

I have been a patient for years yet Olie's dedication, generosity and genuine compassion never fails to amaze me and today, when I was blown away by her incredible feat of kindness, was no exception. I was astounded beyond words by her benevolent gesture so much so that even hours later an understanding of its magnitude has barely sunk in. I have been exposed to such altruism in movies yet never would I ever have imagined a scenario as inconceivable as this to occur in real life. I would like to thank Olie for the boundless scope of her empathy and for demonstrating the existence of the elusive compassionate side of the human condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this clinic are excellent. Waits aren’t long for an appointment. Staff are very efficient. Dr. Monea is wonderful; she’s very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. Eyewear is a bit on the expensive side, though there’s no pressure to purchase from them. I’ve had consistently great service here for the past six years. Highly recommend.

Recently Dr. Monea was also able to squeeze us in for a quick appointment when my daughter was experiencing some eye pain, and our issue was resolved quickly. The receptionist was wonderful, making sure we were in and out quickly on a tight timeline. I highly recommend!

Also, I get exceptional service from the frames and fitting specialist, Olli. I can trust her advice and her accurate suggestions. She is experienced and well considered. Despite me being a difficult case, all staff are patient with me. They are friendly, inviting, engaging, dedicated and caring. This is where I will continue to go to get my glasses.
