★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had over $20,000 worth of windows and doors installed. Needed warranty replacements within 2 years of installment. Have been waiting 5 years and still no replacements. Numerous calls, visits, texts, e-mails and pictures sent with nothing but promises, excuses then total avoidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star as cannot give zero stars. Terrible service, especially follow-up dealing with problems. Far too much procrastination and no conscience about abandoning clients. It took almost three years to complete a simple task and it was finally done only when I threatened legal action. Have had to have two triple-pane windows replaced twice but he no longer operates out of Virden so you/we must find someone else to do his work for him!!!! When windows he installed failed again as they were of cheap, poor quality (not the Huron quality that we had paid for), we could not get warranty coverage because of his poor business practices. Entirely untrustworthy and he cost us a lot of extra money needlessly to fix what he screwed up.
