Until the couple of years. Now I get slow and poor service. I am not impressed anymore. I no longer feel like a valued customer even though I was one of the first customers and a loyal client, coming back year after year.
I am very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionists are not helpful, it is impossible to schedule a date. Because we prepaid for a 3 treatment contract with a guarantee to return, they do not want to come back. Treatments have not at all worked this year. It is our 3rd year using Inspex and will not again unless they improve their customer service.

Receptionist was extremely responsive and accommodating.
The rep who came for the treatment was efficient and very helpful.
