★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to give a quote wearing "official uniform", did not listen to problem, tried to sell programs that could be close to $3k between pest control and company to investigate/fix possible problem areas. Then told me I also had to pay $75 just for the quote that was not agreed to. Called someone else who did inspection, made a recommendation and saw what I was doing and told me to keep doing what I was doing and save my money. Problem solved.
