★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have I ever seen someone do such a thorough inspection. I had the pleasure of meeting Sacha today who brought in the best attitude ever. I needed an emergency inspection done and he was there promptly to get things sorted out for me and my partner. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and didn’t make me feel bad for needing an inspection. As he says “pests have been here for thousands of years before us, and will be here for thousands of years after us.” Thanks Sacha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I simply called for information about how to deal with a mice infestation in my walls. My landlord is dealing with an exterminator, and I wanted a second opinion. The lady who took my call was courteous, professional, understanding, took her time into explaining everything I needed to know, answered all my questions and made sure I have all the information I needed. She knew I had another exterminator, and she went out of her way to assist me, without trying to sell her company skills, but instead, she made sure that she was providing me help. This is what mattered to ABC Pest Control: my well-being. So if initial contact was so helpful, without anything attached, then I definitely give 5 stars, and I recommend dealing with them, since they were referred to me by a friend who deals with them, and who is also greatly satisfied by their extermination services. Thank you for being professional, helpful and client-need oriented!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABC was great. We had an appointment at 8:00 am and Tommy showed up at 7:58. The punctuality was so appreciated. Tommy did a great job at taking the time to give us information so we can prevent future problems, he was respectful of the mask mandate and our space and, as an added bonus, he was super lovely and friendly with our tenant's cats. The whole experience from scheduling to delivery has been wonderful.
