The service was horrible. One of the guys working there had such a loud voice, he could be heard throughout the restaurant. Not everyone thinks that a lack of manners is cool. Since St Hubert and Harvey's has combined, the quality of service has gone downhill! Will never go again.

Staff were wonderful & super friendly. Loved the team effort behind the counter. Could hear the communication making things work & run smoothly ensuring things get done correctly & in a timely manner. Food was delicious as well.

This review is long overdue. I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but today is where I will provide some feedback on their customer service, specifically the Caucasian male taking your order in the restaurant. I visited this location today May 20th at 11:45 am and dined-in. The man taking my order was so rude and had ZERO customer service skills. After I paid for my order he asked for my name so when the order is ready they can call me . I said my name and articulated it well and loud and his reply was “i don’t know how to spell it “. No “sorry, can you kindly spell it out for me” or “sorry I don’t know how to spell it”. Just straight up rudeness . I am intentionally writing the time and date so you know which employee it is . This man shouldn’t be servicing anyone. It is not the first time I’ve order from him and every time my experience with him has been sub-par.

I had a gift card, which I told to the employee when I ordered my food. She told me that I could use it when the driver delivered my order. When the driver came, he said he could not accept my gift card, because I was supposed to have given the numbers on the gift card to the person taking my order, in order for the gift card to be used. The person taking the order did not ask for the numbers on the card, even though I told her that I had a gift card that I wanted to use. This is improper training on the part of the staff towards the driver. He apologized profusely. I also did not get the dipping sauce that I ordered. I received only the gravy which comes with the dinner anyway. I would also like to mention that trying to order online was totally impossible. When I clicked on what I would like to order, it did not take me to the next page for finalizing the order. I may never again order from St. Hubert. My next order may be from Swiss Chalet. I love St. Hubert, but the difficulty and carelessness is hard to overlook.

I like their food but the switch away from a real phone number means you can't reach someone that cares or can actually do something when there's an issue. Edit-Reply: Thank you for proving my point. Contacting corporate agents that don't care won't help when my order is an hour and half late and the app says 'Delivered' and the phone agent says it means it'll be there soon.

I decided to order take away from here after a long day, (when I really didn't want to cook anything).. The website was easy to use, I had no ordering issues whatsoever, food was ready on time, hot & tasty! The servings are impressive, especially for the prices, and I'll definitely be ordering from here again now that I live in the area.

We ordered two chicken wraps meals. With Covid restrictions we decided not to go in to eat so ate in the parking. We had asked for a straw and ketchup. We had neither and no cutlery to eat. We didn’t wait long for our order. Was disappointing as our gravy was barely warm and fries cold and certainly not crisp. The lettuce in our wrap was dark and wilted. When I arrived home and called like another person mentioned it would be nice to reach the restaurant itself. I was told someone would reach out to me! No one has…. Not surprisingly. When you pay almost 30$ for two wraps you expect your meal to be really good. I was disappointed with St Hubert. Terry
