I had an issue with the door closing a few days after install, and Ron made it out within the hour to make a quick adjustment and get it working again. Excellent service and fair prices. They came out and quoted for a new door and they offered me free temporary fix to my old door until the new one become available. The installation of the new garage door was easy and quick. I highly recommend Express Garage Door for maintenance and repair of garage doors and for the supply and installation of new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Ron in Last year to assist with a broken spring. He was extremely responsive, quick service. We ended up deciding to replace the entire door, and he was just as good at this. Ron had good quality products, the install was completed quickly and good quality workmanship. Definitely 5 Stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garage technician was quick and thorough in his work. However, once I was quoted a price of $345 for replacing a torsion spring I asked about why another competitor would do the same work for $250. He proceeded to convince himself that working for a big company has more people to pay and the overhead is larger so they could not compete with the small home shop. The frustration with this response is that the spring can be bought for $120 and the 45 minutes that was taken to install was worth $225? I was told that there is a 3 yr warranty on parts and 1 yr on labour. Now as I said at the beginning, the workmanship was great and I know that I didn’t have the time or the expertise to do this job. I just hope that this worker is getting a least half of this hourly rate. If the situation wasn’t so urgent I would’ve gone with the company with more 5 star ratings.
