★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been enjoying this spa until today. Today I went to purchase a gift certificate and pay with my debit. The lady told me if I pay with debit I will be charged tax. If I pay with cash I won’t be charged tax on it. I’m pretty sure you can’t do that. I’m sorry to say I’m disgusted and won’t be returning to this spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and daughter decided to treat them selves. Well, my wife picked what she was going to get and what my daughter was going to get. Instead of doing exactly that the brought my 9 year old to get her nails done but they started asking if my daughter wanted extras with out consulting my wife. Needless to say the charged over $55 for my daughter's nails! When it was only supposed to be $25!
Poor business practices. Do yourself a favour and go to one of the other nail places in Exeter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant experience! Great staff, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Had a pedicure and gel nails done and I absolutely love them. They have really nice massage chairs and my feet and back feel amazing after my pedi! Will be back in the future

The service was good the first few times, but last time I went, the appointment was rushed and I felt I could have just saved time and money and just done it myself... A man was doing my nails-- the polish was applied too quickly; it took a long time to dry properly and they were not shaped evenly. Along with other things, all in all, I won't be returning.
