★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, Olivia is a hair goddess. Second, Brio has such a relaxing atmosphere with top notch customer service. The relaxation massages to start will forever be the best thing of all time. I recommend Brio to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming to Brio. When you go to Brio for any service the whole thing from start to finish is an experience. From the host and the coffee, to the massage chairs and the mimosas. Brittany is an excellent stylist and everyone loves her. She is my go to girl for everything colour, cuts, and extensions. The owner Heather is a sweetheart and checks in with guests and clients throughout the day. I highly recommend Brio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Brio today and was very impressed with the warm greeting I received from both receptionists and the smiles behind the masks. This is often not the case when visiting a top caliber salon. If this is the environment you enjoy I would recommend you consider services at Brio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get my dark brown hair to a platinum blonde and a haircut. Brittney my stylist was fantastic. She explained everything and was so professional. The entire staff I dealt with has been friendly and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time and Second time at Brio.background : I have had the same stylist for 12 years till she had a baby. I came across Olivia on a social media post and just had a feeling . ??? I have never been so comfortable and trusting in a new service provider. She never once let on any frustration or impatience. She gave me all the time I needed before proceeding, plus all the information I needed. Time is money and someone’s ability to give there time to make a client feel comfortable is HUGE!!! Not only was she and her assistant Blair on point caring professional knowledgeable and sweet they were understanding and real! Not to mention HELLO scalp and neck Massage before we even started and the most heavenly Massage chairs ( I don’t even like massage chairs) ? this was epic . Prices were comparable and they were transparent about cost and able to offer solutions to make needs fit budget. I will be seeing plenty of you ladies . Seriously just Go Book in for a wash and style range $30-$55 apprentices are great You Will Not Regret it .

From the warm welcome and the offer to take my coat as soon as I arrived I knew I was in for a treat!
The salon is very clean and professional, with its very own coffee station complete with fresh espresso.
I went in looking for a big change from long hair to a cute bob cut. I especially loved the way Kate went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and we were on the same page with what I was wanting cut and style wise.
The head and shoulder massage with essential oils before we got started with the cut was divine.
I couldn’t have been happier with the quality of service I received today and will certainly be returning. Thank you for making me feel so special!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit to the salon. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be greeted when I first walked in then escorted around to where I needed to be. I started with a 60 min relaxation massage. This was wonderful and Martha did a great job. The products all smelled amazing and there were some details and fine touches that were so nice. I then had a hair cut with a conditioning treatment. The chairs at the hair washing sinks are massage chairs! It was nice that the service started with a scalp massage. I loved my haircut! I liked my stylist but I felt like she was a little rough with me, when she was brushing and drying my hair. The only thing I wasn't happy with was I was offered a coffee when I got there, but I declined because I was going right in to a massage and didn't want one. I then had a bit of time between appointments. When I started my hair appointment it would have been nice for them to ask me one more time if I wanted a beverage. It would have been a perfect experience if they had. Since this was my first visit I didn't feel comfortable asking for one.
