I have a contract to mow my lawn and it's been over two weeks since they did not mow the grass. Negligible and really unreliable. . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Déneigement efficace, passe le matin très tot pour enlever le banc de neige de charrue et repasse plus tard pour la totale. Répond a mes courriels rapidement si je suis pas sur si il passe quand il y a petite quantité de neige.
Effective snow removal, spends the morning very early to remove the plow snowbank and returns later for the total. Reply to my emails promptly if I am not sure if it passes when there is small amount of snow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite à une tempête de neige, lors du déneigement dans la nuit, un des chauffeurs de l'équipe Thibodeau a accroché mon véhicule dans l'entrée, 2 portes grandement égratignées! Je les ai contacté 2 fois et on ne m'a jamais rappelé.
Following a snowstorm, during snow removal during the night, one of the drivers of the Thibodeau team hung up my vehicle in the entrance, 2 doors badly scratched! I contacted them twice and I was never called back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le chauffeur a soufflé la neige sur notre lampadaire et l'a brisé. Aucune excuse, aucun remboursement et cela après 8 mois d'attente. Le chauffeur a même accroché le "tempo" du voisin et encore la, rien de fait. J'ai même su qu'il a rentré dans la clôture en frost d'un client et Thibodeau voulais juste la "détordre" !
The driver blew snow on our lamppost and smashed it. No excuse, no refund and that after 8 months of waiting. The driver even hooked up the neighbor's "tempo" and again, nothing was done. I even knew he got into a client's frost fence and Thibodeau just wanted to "untwist" it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had hired this company for the summer of 2019 during a time where I only had plain grass across my land, and although they did not have a standard schedule, I was somewhat satisfied with their work.
That all changed when I had a pool/gazebo installed in the backyard. I would have to clean up every time they would mow the lawn as they would pay absolutely no attention to where they would blow the grass. So it would end up inside the pool/filters and on all the furniture inside the Gazebo.
On top of all that, on the very last session of the year, not only did they not do a good job, they purposelessly lowered the distance on their mowing rig so they could cut it even shorter than usual so they would not need to pass a second time for the month. In doing so, they destroyed one of our sprinkler jets. After a couple of weeks of trying to contact the company, I received a call from the "new" owner mentioning that he would need to pass by to inspect the damage. Months passed with no answer so I had to pay another company to fix it before the snow arrived.
I would not recommend this company.
