★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The extra cost to us due to Mr. Vesselin not taking due care with our personal shipment is approx $960 additional US dollar and 13000 EP.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY FOR SHIPPING PERSONAL EFFECTS!!!
I contracted this freight forwarder to ship some personal contents to Alexandria, Egypt and paid them in Full $4000 in Canadian funds. The owner Vesselin never had the courtesy to provide with the original Bill of Lading knowing well that is required to process my shipment and when I contacted him first was not available and second claimed that he would contact ZIM office in Alexandria, Egypt this was too late because we lost 3 complete days at my cost waiting for the document.
Furthermore Vesselin the owner included 9 days (allowance ONLY)for me to clear my personal contents knowing very well that Friday is day off in Egypt therefore we were given a total of 4 days ONLY in real terms.
The additional fee to me amounts too 20,000 Egyptian pounds that I will have to pay extra for no Fault of mine. This Person Vesselin is dishonest and not to be trusted. He refused to reimburse me for his dishonest mistake and we are looking to file a legal action to recover our costs unless this individual comes clear and provide us with 5 lost days.
