β β β β β Kristin is a wonderful physiotherapist. She is knowledgeable, skilled and very caring. Iβve seen her for flare ups of chronic back/hip issues, and one wrist issue. Every time, sheβs been thorough and professional in her evaluation and diagnosis, treatments, and remedial exercise programs. Thanks to her, the pain I experienced for many years lessened, and I regained some lost mobility. I highly recommend her.

As a former Olympic athlete, she brings a unique perspective to helping her clients and will provide a full treatment regimen while allowing you to train, when feasible. She takes the time to properly assess you before applying a wide range of possible treatment techniques. She is always responsive to emails and questions from clients and will do what she can to accommodate your schedule for appointments. Highly recommend Kristin.

β β β β β I highly recommend Kristin as a physiotherapist. she is extremely knowledgeable. her approach is truly holistic from a thorough assessment to treatment and exercises. as an athlete she understands wanting to get back but explains the importance of proper recovery and rehab exercises. she takes the time to ensure you come back stronger.

β β β β β Kristin's is very attentive, a great listener and "explainer", and insofar as I can tell, she knows her stuff!! Her guidance has vastly improved my quality of life! After 2 to 3 years of lower back discomfort/pain, I noticed numbness in my left knee, shin, and on the bottom of my foot. That was enough to get me to go see my doctor, who recommended physiotherapy (and imaging...turns out there's a reason for the pain & numbness). At the time, I was experiencing much more pain than ever before (a 2-month flare up?) and was very worried I wouldn't be able to play with my young kids the way I wanted to :( and have to deal with chronic lower back pain the rest of my life. Over the course of a few months, Kristin's acupuncture treatments & physiotherapy routines have made me feel better than I have for years. I can throw my kids around again!! I can't thank her enough!!

β β β β β I have had a lot of good physio-therapists over the years, taking care of an old athlete's body: hips, knees, back, shoulders - you name it. Kristin is the best. She listens attentively, hones in on specific areas, and designs a customized exercise program that works. Her follow up sessions are equally attentive as she adjusts the program for increased strength and mobility. She is the real deal and I am thankful.
