About Evolve Developments Ltd.
Evolve Developments is owned and operated by Steven Lacey and his wife Julie. Steven and Julie were both raised on farms near Eastend, Sask. After high school, Steven moved to Medicine Hat where he worked with his fathers company, Lacey Homes, building new homes as well as finishing decorative and structural concrete projects for 11 years. In 2002, Steven obtained his Canada Red Seal Journeyman Certificate in Carpentry through the Medicine Hat College apprenticeship program. Steven also spent several years working with clients in the office, gaining experience in the managerial and business aspects of the custom home building business.
Steven and Julie made the decision to move home to Saskatchewan and moved to Swift Current in 2008. Evolve Developments was formed at this time. In the few years that we have been operating, we are proud of our construction accomplishments so far.
Our high quality, innovative custom home and concrete projects have received high acclaim from our clients. Steven and the staff of Evolve Developments operate under the philosophy that the work we complete should reflect the level of quality and attention to detail as if it were our own.
