Our family was dealt this blow in January 2020, then Covid, no service, with no final goodbyes, it was horrible. Throughout the whole nightmare, Kevin has been the one calm beacon for us. From visiting my home in Qualicum to talk about options, to allowing us to keep the ashes at his facility until I could pick up, Kevin has been wonderful. We had his full attention, he was prompt with callbacks, helped with the obituary, publishing and uploading to the website. He prides himself with being a different experience for care after death, and I believe he was. My family and I can't thank Kevin enough for his help these last 18 months, because that's how long it took before we could all gather to celebrate my brother's life.
