★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a space here for a long time. Once my slip fees expire I'll be moving to another Marina where clients are actually taken care of.
The water is disgusting. Pungent smell. Full of garbage the owner never cleans. The washroom facilities are atrocious, never cleaned on a regular basis. I've been terrified to pee let alone shower here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove 780 km to buy a boat there that was total junk. The boat owner Mike gave false information. I'm not sure about the marina but the Pachanga for sale there was disgraceful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent enough marina. Very close to lake simcoe in a more protected river (pefferlaw river) kept my boat here for the 2018 season and had no issues at all. The store could be stocked with a few more things. The gas dock and service is top notch. I only fill up here. The marina has a laid back fun vibe, alot of nice people.

Love this marina , purchased a boat from here mid season, after dealing with Greg and his daughters, I was sold to relocate and get a slip for next year. Close to city yet far Away to slow the clock down !! Having four kids great to see other family’s here
