It’s been a while since I’ve been there but it was my favourite place to launch my boat. The owner Harry was a real gem and always helped me launch my boat ! Honestly it’s the marina has given me the best customer service on Simcoe !

Staff is very rude. They obviously have too much business. Very overpriced and make prices up as they go. Not the same place it used to be that's for sure. Dishonest. Don't recommend.

Great place to keep your boat or for repairs. Excellent mechanics. Prices are reasonable when compared to other marinas also considering it's very close and convenient to lake and amenities.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with this marina. I called to touch base regarding my boat as I had dropped it off for it to be worked on. The young lady I spoke with was extremely rude to me and lacked any customer service skills. After the phone call ended, she called me back a few times and hung up on me intentionally every time. I tried to contact the owner of the marina and he never called me back. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a marina in my 20 years. Sadly, I won’t go back after this.

The worst service ever. Soldered a gasket kit for a power tim unit. 4 weeks and nothing done. Went in to inquire about the parts ordered. Was told then they don't do parts. Wow!!!! Thus place is a joke AVOID IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY! If this is how they treat a new customer I wonder how their service is.

In 2020, I purchased my boat and used the boat launch at Keswick Marina. I always thought that the marina was situated in a great place on Cook's Bay in Lake Simcoe, and that they offered tremendous value. I had Keswick Marina winterize and store my boat for the winter. In May 2021, I requested that the marina "summerize" my boat and get it ready for the water. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from the marina and received some bad news that the mechanic had found an issue with the water pump and some other stuff. The total estimate to fix everything was over a $1,000, as parts were difficult to find for the boat and all of the labor involved. I agreed with the estimate, and I gave Keswick Marina instructions to start the work. One day later, I received an email from the marina with some great news. The mechanic was able to solve the issues to my boat by replacing some wiring that had rusted over the winter, and everything was good to launch the boat into the water. A repair bill of over $1,000 turned into $300!!! I never write reviews for anyone, but I had to tell people of how honest and great everyone is at Keswick Marina. It's a great family run marina that is honest and considerate of their clients and their boats. Most businesses would have gone forward with the $1,000 repair, but this marina definitely cares about being an honest business that provides great quality service and maintains a positive reputation. This is a rare quality and it should be commended. That's why I am writing this review. I strongly recommend anyone that is looking for a marina to keep, store or maintain their boat, to put Keswick Marina at the top of their list! Thank you Randi Lyn and the staff at Keswick Marina!!! You guys are the best!!!

If you are looking where to take your boat - you have found the place!! Been using them for many years, buying boats and for service. Juergen is their top notch mechanic!! Very well known, ask for him if you need something fixed that no one can figure out - he’s the absolute best!!!!
