★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an excellent photo booth service! All my What an excellent photobooth service! All my guest enjoyed the photo booth. The photographer was very interactive. They came early in advance and on time to set up the booth. Every one was so happy of how the pictures came out and the fun they had with it. It made it even special having an awesome photographer who just kept our guest welcomed and enjoyed their experience. I would recommend this company to everyone! Great price, great service and great memories!!

Im not one that normally leaves bad reviews but this company has left me no choice.
My wedding took place in February of 2020, I started to follow up for my digital proofs March of 2020 via email and calling. I did speak to someone that mentioned they would follow up with the photographer because they were still in his possession and was assured I would have them shortly. Fast forward to now I have emailed them countless times, when I call they rarely answer and when they do the same woman answers and tells me they will get back to me and yet no phone call and now she pretends not to hear me and hangs up. I am extremely disappointed!!! All I want are my pictures. I paid for them to come to my event and they don’t even have the decency to call me back. You would think if they lost the pictures they would be courteous enough to call me, own up to it and give me my money back but at this point I got no answers, no photos and out money. This company is a joke!!! I am appalled at how they do business.
I’m writing this review in hopes they will reach out and make it right. I have been more than patient and I just want my pictures!! We will never get that day back and any reminder of that day is very valuable to us. If you don’t have the pictures then tell me so you can refund us the money spent I don’t think that’s too much to ask.
I’m hoping they do the right thing.
Id hate for this to happen to someone else it’s extremely disheartening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photo booth was a big hit at my party! The printed picture quality was very good, and we received a google drive with the digital copies which was a nice surprise. The booth attendant was great and interacted with my guests. This was an excellent addition to my party :)

However, their on site attendant helped SO much and answered any and all questions I had on event day and calm me down so much! Amazing company and amazing photo booths!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister-in-law hired Event Booth Canada for my wedding in 2021. I don't know where to begin. From the start, they were extremely pushy and wouldn't stop emailing us day after day so we felt forced into booking them. I figured a photo booth shouldn't be too hard to run, so we couldn't go wrong by booking them either way. I was wrong. Fast-forward to the wedding day, no attendants were physically there to manage the booth during my wedding, which caused chaos because the camera and system kept refreshing and not working. We called them numerous times throughout the evening and no one answered. We didn't want to troubleshoot the booth ourselves because we didn't want to break anything. The pictures we managed to get came out very grainy, and overall, it just wasn't what we were hoping for. We lost hours worth of fun and hours of picture opportunities. Imagine on your wedding day trying to figure out how to fix a photo booth? Overall, an unprofessional company, who clearly doesn't care about their customers and their special occasion. I would not recommend hiring this company.
