★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this studio and had such a wonderful experience! I went for a passport photo for my kids and ended up getting a free photo session. The photographer told me she was going to tempt me into buying more, which i did because on top of my free print i had to buy all the pictures because of the great pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get passport photos taken. I didn't ask in advance how much they cost, because most places charge about the same, between 9.99 and 15 dollars. When it came time to pay, the woman told us that the cost per passport was 25 dollars each and that they had a special promotion where you got one passport free if you bought a family photo session, which essentially would be 10 dollars more than the cost of the passports alone. I got home and looked at my receipt to discover that the cost of the one passport I was charged for was 9.99, and the cost of the photo session I didn't really want was $50. I'm not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this studio to take a passport photo and they advertised that if I pay some extra money they have a promotion for family pictures. They took a very bad collection of pictures from my daughter. Didn’t know how to do photo shooting of a baby and at the end didn’t even upload all the pictures that I selected. I had to go back and forth so many times to finally get the pictures. Very disappointed with their service. Don’t recommend this studio to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold us the package as 4 printed photos in 4 different sizes. After we finally do the shoot and go in to select the ones we liked they claimed they no longer offer prints and we will receive ONE! one digital photo only. On a CD. Save your money. It's a total rip off. There's no editing, no coaching by photographers, nothing. They send a recent grad to a park all day, book her back to back and scam people out of their money for one digital photo and probably pay the photographers barely enough. Not even the equipment belongs to the company. Just shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. I went to this location because they do baby passport photos. I called ahead and they told that it costs $22.99 for passport photos.
When I went there, they took passport photos first, and then the lady told us, "Oh, the pictures take 15 minutes to print. Meanwhile can I do a photoshoot of your baby? It usually costs $15, but it's complimentary today for you. You don't need to buy any pictures if you don't like". I politely tried to decline, but she was pushy, so I obliged. (Also, which printer takes 15 minutes to print pictures).
She took some pictures, and hastily tried to throw together a package. And started throwing all kinds of numbers at us. They have basically got no pricing on anything, and "offers" materialize from thin air. She tried selling us a package for $209, which would otherwise cost $700. Then she kept offering us all kinds of packages, which I clearly told I'm not interested in.
Lastly, she proceeded to charge me $30 for the passport pictures! I told her that I asked on the phone and I was told the price was $22.99. After being flustered for a bit, she says "Oh! That's our phone-in special!". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
There's no transparency with prices. There's no display in the store indicating any price. They do "complimentary" photoshoots followed by high pressure sale tactics. I would steer clear of this place.
And, oh, the photos were also pretty disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for baby passport photos, as our usual spot won't do infants. 3 trips, about 2 hours of waiting and $31.50 later I finally have the photos. Staff have to do point of sale/greet customers and do photos and help folks choose prints - too much for one person, so that folks with simple requests (like paying for pictures already taken and printed) still end up waiting a half hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to get your photos taken. It is run by complete idiots (I was served by Angelica) who don't know anything about taking photos. I had to force them retake my ID photo as the first one came out completely dark! The next one they took was rejected by the IRCC! I can not believe I spent $30 for their utterly rubbish service. They gave me a card to give them feedback, guess what? That number does not exist! Mark my word, they are as good as the always-flooded washroom next door; AVOID AT ANY COST!
