★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my pregnant wife had a good experience with the doctor. But we had a bad experience with the front desk receptionist Hellen. She was very disrespectful and impatient with us and told the doctor we were causing issues when it was her who was. Other than that, I’m glad the doctor has helped us the best that she can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing against the Woman who practice here, absolutely cannot believe the treatment I received from the receptionist, disrespectful, rude, and has hung up on me multiple times! You're job may not be the easiest but even the employee's at a fast food restaurant are nicer than Hellen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor I had here was amazing. Very thorough with her work and always on top of things.
The secretary Helen, however, is a different story. She was very rude and snobby. Kept cutting me off when I tried to talk to her, refused to let me speak to my doctor, not once but twice, sighed annoyingly one day when I called and said it was me.
She booked my baby 1 week past his 2 week checkup and when I called within the 24 hour limit to change the date cause I found out 2 nights before hand that I had absolutely NO way of getting there, she got really rude with me and told me if I don't show up I had to find a new doctor.
So my ride had to cancel their important appointment in order to get me there, only to get there and be told she gave my appointment away!!
So I called back when they were open and asked to speak to my doctor and she wouldn't let me, just kept saying she wasn't accepting new patients even tho I wasn't a new patient. Tried saying I wasn't even gonna bother showing up to my appointment, I didn't call within 24 hours (which I did), she had to call me many times for all my other appointments (which she never did), and that I need to find a new doctor cause clearly distance is an issue for me (which it wasn't).
I kept trying to talk and she kept cutting me off and finally said they don't have time for this and hung up on me. VERY disrespectful and unprofessional on her part. Doctors there really need to find a new secretary.
