★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought euroSteamer 1500 from their Stampede exhibition. When we went home and start it :
1- it tooke 10 to 15 mins to start having steam.
2 - piercing loud noise when using it.
We returned it and got our whole money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a eurosteam from PNE in vancouver in 2015. The iron has been leaking from day one and has ruined 2 of my expensive outfits. I waited for PNE 2016 to exchange for another iron. The man at the PNE was very rude first day he told me I should send it back to Calgary. I said can you exchange it at PNE. He rudely replied "if you have the receipt and its within the one year." I sent my dad to the PNE with the receipt. My dad is 75 years old. The man refused to exchange or refund the iron, even though we had the receipt. He now said you have to send back to Calgary. This was the worst customer service I had ever seen, If we bought the product at PNE the return/exchange should be done at same location. Why should I have to spend shipping money to send the iron back. Please don't ever buy this product it doesn't work and the company does not respect its customers
