Ivan put a new crystal into the watch and resized my bracelets in less than 30 minutes and only charged me $58 ($30 for the crystal, $12 for a new battery and $8 a bracelet) which I think is very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Whole thing took less than 10 minutes and cost $15. Place is pretty cool with all the old clocks... would highly recommend.

Went in to the store to get my watch replaced and took less than few minutes to get everything done with reasonable price tag. I can't believe how other stores asked me for obnoxious price for changing batteries for "unknown brand" and "needing special tool", but this store had everything ready and did it quickly. I highly recommend visiting this store if you require any services for your watches.
