C	Catherine D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the wrong amount of time for lashes, so I had to leave with lop sided lashes and because I have to come in again to fix them I can’t even attempt to hide it with makeup. It’s my birthday and I don’t want anyone to see me at all because of how bad I look. I feel like my whole day (and all of tomorrow morning/afternoon until my appointment) is ruined.

Anita was kind, knowledgeable, patient and overall a fantastic educator. I left my course today feeling super confident. I highly recommend EIE -Lacey Elgie
Z	Zain Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made the mistake of choosing these guys for my facial level 1 certification as my options were limited within the city. Let me tell you that this institute is beyond pathetic in their handling, professionalism and customer service. I have been rescheduled 3 times for a simple training and wasted a total of $600. I had my 4 day training again, today after waiting nearly 2 months to book time off from work. Unfortunately, I was hardly 15 minutes late since I had turned up to the wrong location initially and explicitly informed them that I'm on my way. Only mistake on my part was not being clear about the uniform and unknowingly wearing blue jeans to the training. They didn't think twice before rudely turning me away when I literally pleaded them to just wait 10 minutes, as my son would bring over the correct trousers since we live hardly 10 mins away from the facility. They were appalling in their demeanor, did not listen to me once and turned me away simply for wearing the wrong colored trousers. Now the $200 is down the drain, the time off from work has gone to waste and I have to rebook the training once more and spend another $200 on these heathens for something I should've long been done with. STRONGLY advise you to stay away from EIA and look elsewhere for your certification. Pathetic pathetic pathetic experience. Shame on you guys.
R	Rene Fougere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started my Full Esthetics training with EIE online and I have to say I'm really impressed with how things are set up. The online portal is very easy to navigate and I love being able to work on the individual modules at my own pace. Tuning in to the Zoom meeting and talking with peers and my instructor Juana is also a great experience. Juana goes above and beyond to help her students be as successful as they can be and responds to emails promptly. I also get a few laughs in during her recorded lessons, love the way she teaches. I'm looking forward to honing in on my practical skills once the school reopens!

I love how they allow online modules so people can take these courses while still working their outside jobs. The teachers are so kind and educational. I will continue to take courses from EIE!

They use older lasers and the amount of money you and your models pay to this school you think they would upgrade to newer technology . I took a tattoo removal class in the summer of 2020 wrote the exam in class which was provided by the instructor and then was told I did not write it and it was not protocol to do so in class . And had to re write it almost a year and half later . You also can not say anything bad about the instructors cause they won’t take accountability. As someone who works in the industry now I’ve learned way more from working then I did at this school .
