M	Martin Shen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're tenants on the first floor. If you're looking for great office pods at reasonable rates (especially on the East end)... look no further. Avree the office coordinator is always chip and brightens your day. They have great coffee included in the membership.

Not only is the space itself extremely stylish and comfortable, but the community of people this place attracts is top notch. We have a designated office, but I imagine even being a member who gets to use the shared desk area would be wonderful. It's also steps away from Queen and Broadview, so you are in the heart of Riverside/Leslieville. I must say - the manager, Avree, pushes this place from a 9/10 to an 11/10 with her upbeat attitude, ability to be extremely accommodating, and overall energy that she brings to the space. Excited to call this place home for another year (if not longer).

My favourite spot to work is on the main floor when the big garage door is open - the greenery out back and sun make the space even more inviting. Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff and all entrepreneurs are right there communication and growing their businesses and someone working on new ideas. The location is convenient for downtown and the east side of Toronto. The garage door usually slides up during the warm summer days. They host different meetings, interesting learning sessions with great guests and parties of course :) It’s a perfect place for young creative entrepreneurs and networking.

It's great that there's lots of cozy corners to work in, for any way you like to work (desks, large work tables, cozy couches)! Avree (the office manager) is AMAZING, her can-do attitude makes the place feel even more friendly!

The garage door in the main floor work space open in the summer is the best - fresh air & sunshine while you work. Great cozy private work spaces as well as great meeting rooms. Avree is a great manager, super friendly & helpful, she's the heart of the space. Highly recommend to work here with your team or on your own.
