They have made our experience at their location pleasant and run smoothly. Great experience, definitely the best storage facility in Toronto. Working with Rena and Elizabeth is a pleasure. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been storing items for work at this location since it was built. It is so easy to get in and out at any hour/day. The staff are very helpful and have been great when I needed assistance which is rarely.
The location is climate controlled, clean and secure which is important to me. I highly recommend this storage company for personal or business storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Access Storage on 356 Eastern Avenue. Everything was so organized and clean. Weston at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us with our special circumstance. The manager was also very nice and accommodating to our situation. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would use Access Storage again if I have any storage needs.

I called the staff at the location I had reserved and they were extremely helpful and very friendly. Easy self check-in process. Clean facility and is as promised. Will be recommending to anyone who needs storage in Toronto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to give a shout out to the manager Jason - he went above and beyond and is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in a customer service/sales facing role.
The facility itself is clean and easy to get to, the loading bay right in front of the elevators is a nice set up. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Access Storage located on Eastern Avenue in Toronto for all your storage needs. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and personable. Facility is clean and well designed for loading and unloading your items. The elevators are located right at the loading doors which makes loading and unloading a breeze if your locker is not located on the ground floor. I also must give Jason a 5 star rating for his customer service and positive attitude. Jason was very flexible and accommodating to our situation. It was always a pleasure dealing with Jason as he was always very helpful and happy. Its refreshing to see an employee who always wears a smile on their face and genuinely cares about their customers. We will definitely use this facility for our future storage needs and will be recommending them to friend, clients, and family. Thanks you guys so much for everything.
