Alex & Genevieve have been absolutely fantastic, from always offering our clients lattes and coffees, to lending me their phone chargers! They also love festivities and make cakes and other sweets depending on what holiday it is. The offices span across the entire 48th floor, and views are spectacular out of pretty much every direction. The location is central and very professional. Super happy with the 48th offices, and particularly Alex and Genevieve! Thanks 48!

There are different sizes and configurations depending on our needs. Everything is modern and luxurious so we feel great using the space. But like everyone has mentioned, the best part about 48 is Alex. She is fantastic and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and productive.

My experience has been great, the office is conveniently located in the financial district, and is equipped with great modern amenities. Hosting client meetings on site has been convenient, especially with each meeting room being equipped with smart T.V's. Alex, who manages the office, is also a pleasure to work with. She is excellent at greeting your clients as well as professionally assisting you with any office related queries. The views from the 48th floor are an added bonus as well! I recommend this space to anyone who is considering renting office space in downtown Toronto!
