Called this shop after another shop told me "if the engine light is not on, then you dont have a problem"... even though my car died on me in the middle of an intersection without the engine light even flickering on for a second. Took my car in and got it a day later, great service. Good communication. The owner even filled up my windshield fluids after I had paid after noticing they were low since it was very snowy and muddy out. Ill be going back here in the future if my car needs more work!

Chris and the other mechanic, whose name I never caught, are like surgeons for Mazdas. Every time I bring it in, it is the most painless experience, most thorough work, and proves to be the most economical. We've been (Eunos has) keeping this car running great and plan to keep it well into its hopeful Collector Plate phase of life. These guys can make that a reality for us. They really do this as a passion, not just a profession, and it shows! Would highly recommend anyone with a Mazda to look no further. Tip: As with all auto maintenance, it's best if you can plan for it. Get it in for an annual checkup at least. Chris usually finds things that will become issues down the road, allowing you time to plan for appropriate care. AAA+++ Thanks, guys!

He is the best Mazda mechanic and arguably the best mechanic in lower mainland PERIOD! He is always willing to go out of his way to help the customer. When he is under pressure and busy, sure he doesn't want to sit down on the phone and chat with your for half an hour, but unless you work on your car yourself, I would not take the car anywhere else beside his shop. My cars, my parents, my siblings, and friends go to his shop, and they are all happy! Just can't go wrong!

R	Rafe Harker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For over 15 years now, I have owned only Mazda vehicles. Eunos Custom Automotive is the only shop I will let touch them. Why? The reason is simple... I TRUST THEM! Not many people can say they fully trust a repair shop, I have never met a mechanic who has done a better job or has such a complete knowledge of Mazda vehicles. Chris has gone above and beyond for me in the past and helped bring back to life my beloved 3rd Gen RX-7 when it was almost ready for the scrap heap. He doesn't pull punches and gives it to you straight up what needs to be done and doesn't cut corners with his quality work or parts used. Even if I didn't own Mazda Vehicles, I would bring them to Chris, he can fix anything and the layout of his shop makes for a great work space and high productivity. I had visited Chris at his shop when it was located in North Vancouver and was very satisfied with the work he did on a 2005 RX-8. Forward a few months later to August 9th 2018, I decided to make the drive up to Keremeos from Vancouver when I saw that his shop had relocated. I arrived around noon and discovered that his shop was still in the process of being relocated. I will add as well, mine was an unscheduled visit. He worked me into his schedule for that day which was full of set up and errands for his new shop I’m sure and took care of the RX-8. The issue was the stereo head unit display was glitching out and flashing nonsense symbols. I appreciate him, taking a look at the car, getting it fixed same day, without a fully functioning shop, all without an appointment. Not sure what I was thinking in retrospect but thank you Chris. I’m considering making the drive up with a non Mazda vehicle, just to get an inspection and opinion I trust and value.
